The Company does not store your credit card or debit card details. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay.

5. Shipping and Delivery (for Physical Products)

Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

Risk of loss and title for physical Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Your purchase of an mPOS App subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specified software for the duration of the purchased subscription period (e.g., one year).

The subscription grants access to the app’s features as described on the Product page at the time of purchase. Features may be updated, added, or removed from time to time.

Data retention for the app is as specified in the Product description (e.g., three months). We are not responsible for data loss beyond the specified retention period.

Abuse or misuse of the app may result in termination of your subscription without refund.
